STUDIO ONE YOGA SCHEDULE OF CLASSES (Rev. 7/10/18)

Studio One will be closing 7/28/2018

All Pilates classes canceled as of July. We have lost our lease.

Monday

5:45 – 6:45 p.m.  Yoga – Robyn

Hatha Yoga combines long-held poses and flowing sequences focusing on breath, body alignment, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Tuesday

9:45 – 10:45 a.m.  Strength & Mobility  – Ross

Emphasis is on proper movement while getting a great workout using suspension training, Swiss balls, hand weights and body weight exercises to improve muscle strength.

5:45 – 6:45 p.m.  Yoga – Karolyn (Free for Flex Eligible Seniors)

Hatha Yoga practice focusing on strength, flexibility, stress management and balance. Class ends with relaxation.

           

Wednesday

 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.   Yoga – Karolyn (Free for Flex Eligible Seniors)
